Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Ventara. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@ventara.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
